Disables "Steven" from popping up when you save scum, and also disables the effects of "Deja Vu".

You will still get a "warning" popup when you alt+f4.

Revamped with 2.0 to disable Deja Vu effects, and no longer conflict with other mods that modify the same files.

If another mod completely overwrites combat_tutorial.gon or disorders.gon, load this mod above it and it will still work.
