This boss removes Zapphauser from the miniboss pool in The Future, as the boss is either bugged or poorly designed and triggers their attack sequence based on involuntary damage (something that other enemies with similar act-on-damage behavior specifically don't do). In the case of this miniboss, having something like Kinetic Spikes with bleed, or un-upgraded Tower Defense (among others) will make the boss nearly unkillable as you'll rarely if ever get a chance to attack them back, since Zapphauser is completely untargetable when in the air.

I'm unfortunately not sure if it's possible to modify Zapphauser's AI to not react from involuntary damage sources; I imagine there's some kind of way the game differentiates damage sources like this since other enemies already ignore this kind of damage, but since I don't know how to make those kinds of changes, the next best thing was to remove this boss from the encounter pool entirely.

This still leaves Dr. Mangler as the remaining miniboss in the area, so there shouldn't be any unexpected behavior. Can be installed mid-run if you happen to be stuck on Zapphauser for the same reasons I was and feel like it's not able to be countered.
