That will make you able to use Games for windows.

Install:
1. Put all the files(owerwrite) in the GTA IV install dicrectory.
2. Remove xlive.dll if you have it
3. Remove any old .asi files/mods that ain't compatible with 1.0.3
4. Play the game!

(this will make you able to use updated .asi/.lua mods!)
