下载小技巧：
DLC里有个音乐包，dlc011 - Original Game Soundtrack，有近4G，可以不下的，想下的可以找老的下好的，在下载文件夹里找 setup_stellaris_complete_soundtrack_X.X.X_(xxxxx)-1.bin ，照着改名，然后检查文件完整性(BitComet里的功能），有9x%就下好了，DLC都可以这么干，主文件就算了，运气最好的也只有1个有2x%，大多时候都是0%
