1.Unzip/unrar to any location.
2.Copy contents (folder named meshes) into your Data folder

Uninstal: Delete following files from folder named _male Crogram FilesBethesda SoftworksFallout 3Datameshescharacters_male

femalerighthand
femalelefthand
femalelefthandpipboyglove
femalelefthand1st
femalelefthandpipboyglove1st

Known bugs:
There's no Pipboy glove, I did remove it, or rather didn't make smaller pipboy glove,as I hate it anyway.
Incopatability with "Wearable Gloves" -textures get all messed up.
