This mod was made possible purely thanks to the members of this community with far more modelling and texturing talent than I have in all of my one pinky finger.
All I did was pull pieces from their great works and slap them together in Nifskope to create a new weapon out of a base weapon. This was the easiest one to do so far.

Thanks to Nitem4re for the great M4a1 model, Alexscorpion for the amazing sniper rifles and SMG he produced, and anyone else I may have forgotten. If you recognize and like how it looks cobbled together by little old me, go grab their mods. Now! Seriously!
Put together in Nifskope over the course of several hours by me.

Where to find it?
Look for the lone sniper sitting on a ruined office structure in Minefield, if you can make it past his traps, you can find the rifle on him, as well as some ammo.
Second location: An unlucky Earth Defense Force soldier who walked thru a space-time rift into Seward Plaza. You may be able to find her near the sand-bags infront of the Ranger HQ.

Release History:
V1.0 Added gun to Arkansas and an EDF soldier at the Ranger Compound.
V1.1 Added laser sight version, and added both guns to a vendor at the Ranger Compound, added in EDF combat armor, and required Operation Anchorage. Took the gun off Arkansas to keep compatibility with Minefield-related mods, added ammo to the levelled lists of most vendors.
V1.2 Fixed laser sight, texture was missing for some odd reason. Weapon ammos hould be added to the vendors, as long as another mod isn't conflicting.

Temporary fix added, for those of you with a decided lack of care about ammo management, there is a refrigerator by the lazy slacker of a vendor on the third floor of the ruined building.
