How to enable border regions in Oblivion.ini:
1. Navigate to My DocumentsMy GamesOblivion
2. Open Oblivion.ini in notepad and hit CTRL+F.
3. In the little box that pops up type in: bEnableBorderRegion= and hit ok.
4. If the number after that is 1, set it to 0.
5. Now find bBorderRegionsEnabled=
6. If the number after that is 1, set it to 0.
7. Save this file, you're done.

簡單的翻譯一下就是打開My DocumentsMy GamesOblivion下的Oblivion.ini文件（記事本格式），用CTRL+F搜索bEnableBorderRegion= ，如果等號後面的數字是1，就改成0，然後保存退出即可
