Thanks for writing in and I apologize for the delay.
Try a direct wired Ethernet connection between the host computer, router, and Steam Link (removing any hubs, switches, powerline adapters, etc) to eliminate as many variables as possible while troubleshooting.
While some Steam users are able to use Ethernet extenders, signal repeaters, or switches - we strongly suggest using a direct Ethernet connection from the router to the Link. Some wireless access points or signal repeaters have been known to work, however, due to the unique nature of these types of connections we are unable to assist with troubleshooting.
