Here's the current DS Launcher By Shoz - THIS IS NOT THE TEKNOGODS LAUNCHER
AGAIN I REPEAT THIS IS NOT THE TEKNOGODS LAUNCHER
What do you guys think of it?
I'm open to design suggestions from those who are better than me at graphical design =)
It's still missing a few key options but nothing big, these are the main ones
Details about my launcher:
What will it do?
-It will host a server for people to connect to using the Teknogods loader software(the two might be becoming one project - on hold for now though)
Does this have to be hosted on a separate box(computer)?
-That's the idea
Where is the start hosting button?
-Honestly, I haven't put it in yet! hahaha I'm getting to it.
Is this a true dedicated server?
-Yes and no, there are functions which prevent complete removal of a "host" player, but the host player can be a ghost and you can have even teams by setting the number of max players to an odd number
Does rotation work?
-Yes, but it's not the same as in previous CoD's and on public servers.
A script is called when the game ends which waits 30 seconds then starts the next map in the default rotation.
Can we change the Rotation?
-That option has not yet been implemented, however I'm planning on it.
When can we expect a release?
-At the same time as the Teknogods loader as they are going to work together
Will there be closed or open testing?
-Hell if I know lol
