1. Download Sparck IV
2. Open "GTA IV Game Directorypcmodelscdimagevehicles.img".
3. Replace fortune.wft and fortune.wtd from this archive.
4. Uncheck the (read only) from file properties of handling.dat from "GTA IV Game Directorycommondata".
5. Open "handling.dat" with Notepad and replace the whole row and save.
