介绍原文：This spell can be purchased from Edgar Vautrine's Discount Spells in the Market District.

To use, target any NPC and cast the spell, Once you click the Message box, go into your spell list
and select the spell you'd like to teach.

If the NPC has the mastery level for that spell, they will begin learning the spell. you will get a
message when they have learned it.
对任何npc使用teach spell，出现提示窗口后用热键或者进入法术窗口选择魔法，退出。等待一会让npc学习消化。如果npc能掌握这个魔法，应该就能学会。
