原文：Did you want control of the weather for all of Cyrodiil or the Shivering Isles. Well now you can with these weather spells. You can set it for Cyrodiil to be clear, cloudy, rain, overcast, thunderstorm, snow, or foggy. For the Shivering Isles you can set it to be clear, cloudy, rain, overcast, thunderstorm, or foggy. The spells will get added to you once you load your saved game or start a new game. And they require no skill or magicka to cast. To reset the weather just fast travel.
