[Important] Dow 2.1 + Mods

Dow 2.1 works with mods : actually tested with compiler Mod + H8 Badges.

I have the mod working with the Dev command (in steam) :

you MUST remove the tuning.rbf and tuning folder from the mod to have it working

I haven't have time to repack without "tuning" to test more.
