sc2更新14356失败，高手进

本人重装了系统，但用星际盒子加载器依然可以进入游戏。
想升级14356（当前版本为14259），更新时出现以下错误提示：
The file "Drogram FilesgamesStarCraft II BetaSupportErrorReporter.exe" could not be opened. If this problem persists, you may be able to solve it by uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If you are unable to correct this problem, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (InstallerFile::Open)
