在options_overrides = { 这一项前面加上
debug = {
    enable_debug_facilities = true
}
然后在opntions = { 那项里面找到CheatsEnable=‘false'，把false改成true

Alter game files at your own risk and ALWAYS make backups. First, locate the Game.prefs file (Windows 7/Vista: C:Users{Your User Name}AppDataLocalGas Powered GamesSupreme Commander 2 ) and open it in a text editor.
At the very top, above options_overrides, add:
debug = { enable_debug_facilities = true }
Find this line: CheatsEnabled = 'false' and change false to true.
If you can't find this line, find this: : options = {
Below this line, tab over a few times and add: CheatsEnabled = 'true'. Save and cheats will be unlocked once you start the game.
