已经在玩的朋友，请上传一份 options.ini，以便我能做个无需手动修改ini的英文硬盘版
（我的电脑 地址栏输入 %appdata%RoamingKalypso MediaPatrician 4）



got the german version from another source but this should work to change from German to English:

Navigate to the C:Users<YOUR USER NAME>AppDataRoamingKalypso MediaPatrician 4 folder in explorer.
Open the options.ini file in your favorite text editor.
Change the Language line to:
"Language = enUS"

Note: This is the file location for windows 7, there will be a similar location for other windows versions.

The Voice files are still German, this changes all the in-game text however which should make the game fully playable.
