Replace the file SC2.app at
/StarCraft II/Versions/Base16561/

Replace the file Battle.net-patch.MPQ (This is the RELOADED version)
/StarCraft II/Battle.net/

You must deny connections to 2 of the following URLs below using Little Snitch AFTER the game has been updated.
You can also disconnect from the internet. Or you can temporarily move the Blizzard Downloader.app and Blizzard Updater.app into another folder. You only need to block the 2 URLs specific to your game client's region and not all the ones listed . You will need to use Little Snitch to find your specific 2 URLs for other regions not listed below.

US English: Deny the StarCraft II.app any connections to: enus.patch.battle.net
US English: Deny the SC.app any connections to: us.battle.net

GB English: Deny the StarCraft II.app any connections to: engb.patch.battle.net
GB English: Deny the SC.app any connections to: eu.battle.net

SG English: Deny the StarCraft II.app any connections to: ensg.patch.battle.net
SG English: Deny the SC.app any connections to: enSG.nydus.battle.net
