急求~~夜光版安装出错!!!!

为防止图床抽筋纯手打出错内容：
出现状况时 用虚拟4.35.6加载001后开始安装就出错了。
内容：An error (-5004 : 0x80070005) has occurred while running the setup

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.
If the error still occurs,please contact your vendor: Bethesda Softworks

安装时360关了，瑞星监控关了，001的全装好了，JAVA重装过，DirectX 9.0C重装过，
BT种子下载版的和优蛋版的都下了试了都是这样子。
实在没法了（能想到的就剩个重装电脑），只好来求助论坛的兄弟姐妹和各位大大们了
