Balance is a very important element for first person shooters with a multiplayer component. Therefore, its important to DICE in Battlefield 3. Fans had been barraging the developers over at DICE about balance questions since the game was announced, and although it was certain that DICE would be taking balance into consideration, nothing had been spoken about this all important element of the multiplayer in Battlefield 3.

Alan Kertz took to Twitter to answer the call, regarding the balance in Battlefield 3. The developer noted that the game will be “as balanced as humanly possible” and that “there is no way to, either increase your health or lower the damage you take from bullets. Period.” then later adding ” There’s no way to increase the damage you do either.” So there you have it juggernaut and stopping power, Call of Duty freaks. You won’t be getting any perks that’ll throw the balance out of wack, and you heard it from the horses mouth.
