一位匿名的用户最近在网上贴出了一张包含《死亡岛》全部48项成就的列表。这份被泄露的列表还配有一张图片，图片里是各项成就的图标。看起来具有一定的可信度，不过我们目前也没有办法确认这份列表是真是假。官方暂时还没有做出回应。以下是各项成就的名称：
