Simple mod to remove greyscale filter when crash/hit something

Some people, including myself, found out It's possible to reach the level 20 maximum before completing even one third of the career mode.

As a result, it now goes up till level 30 raising the XP cap drastically. The extra levels will also reward the player with increasing cash bonuses, and various promotional and exclusive cars locked in the normal game.

Replace the file "ford_focus_rs.bff" (C:\...\SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED\Pakfiles\Vehicles\ford_focus_rs.bff)

Replace file on FEMovies folder

and xbox buttons are inclued

updated pre-packed BFF to the version in the official Shift 2 patch v1.01. No other changes.
Works with patch 1.02.
