DESCRIPTION:

A special edition of my mod "Companion Sonia II" created according to my personal taste and needs of gameplay.
It doesn't belong to the Sonia 2 version chain.

Red Sonia - The Source:

A companion mod for "The Elder Scrolls IV - Oblivion" inspired & based by "Red Sonja" - Marvel comics.

Red Sonja lived with her family in a humble home in the Western Hyrkanian steppes.
When she had just turned 17 years old, a group of cruel mercenaries killed her father Ivor,
her mother and two younger brothers and burned their house and all their possessions.
She survived but at the cost of her own virginity after she was brutally raped by the leader of the group, leaving her in shame.
Answering her cry for revenge, the red goddess Scathach appeared to her, and instilled in her incredible skill in the handling of swords and other weapons on the condition that she would never lie with a man unless he defeated her in fair combat.

Red Sonia - Comparing to Sonia II:

-Red Sonia is a pure warrior. She has no magic powers but she is an "artist" of blade, blunt and bow.
-She can use both armour parts and clothing just like your main character can.
-Improved combat styles and combat AI for the use of weapons.
-Restoration spells replaced by a new improved & balanced healing method.
-New AI added which will make Red Sonia flee and follow you if you decide not to fight an enemy.
-Four new skill books added in Tamriel. You 'll be able to track them down through a quest wich will be activated as soon as you'll find the first book located in Sonia's invenory.
They are the four parts of a story called "Ghouls & Ghosts" written by Margaret Farrell.
-BlackHell looks and acts like a normal black horse.
-The amount of gold she's keeping for you has been reduced to 800 gold and you will receive it only if you decide to go and meet her in Bruma, not earlier.
-Modified horse riding AI
-New hair Style created by Soya
-Red Sonia's inventory will allways include 2 "varla stones" and 4 "repair hammers" for you.
-Even if you remove her default sword she will manage to recover it.
-No special enchanced modified armors included.
-No special animations added this time.
-She won't join any factions even if you do.

Issues fixed:

-Dress issue - fixed.
-Horse mounting colission error - fixed
-Confused reactions during combat - fixed

Red Sonia - Limitations:

-Her inventory can only hold 2 varla stones and 4 repair hammers.
-She will use any restoration potion included in her inventory if she's harmed.
-You will have to repair her armour if it's broken.
-She loves her sword and she will only change it for a better one.

RED SONIA INSTALLATION/UNISTALLATION

Installation

1.Use the installer to extract the files into your oblivion directory.
2.Check Sonia's plug in at the Oblivion launcher/data panel.
3.Play.

ATTENTION!!!

Red Sonia is not compatible with companion Sonia II

You will have to reboot and create a clean savegame if you want to switch those plugins

1.Uncheck Sonia.esp using oblivion Launcher.
2.Unistall Sonia II.
3.Save your game without Sonia.
4.Install Red Sonia
5.Play

Unistallation

Use the "UnistallSonia.exe" located in your data folder.



INCOMBATIBILITY:

"Red Sonia" is not compatible with "companion sonia II"

KNOWN ISSUES/BUGS:

1.Sent her home before closing an oblivion gate or it is very possible that her inventory will be reset.
2.You will deal with a short delay while you will try to access Sonia's control menu in the end of the introduction stage.
It's nothing to worry about. It will get back to work after a few seconds.
