This adds a basement to Breezehome with a large workshop with all the smithing you need (missing the skyforge and Atronach Forge) and storage room with everything that was under the stairs before shelves of uncooked food along with a chest, safe, strongbox and 11 barrels.

If you use this with Dovahkiin Hideout (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6032) the trapdoor to the Hideout will partially cover the stairs to the basement but it is possible to get around it.
