Important:

It is not allowed to teleport, if the horse is connected with the cart. The connection is like a rubber band. You and the horse teleport and the cart not, but the rubber connection is active.
Make a Test: connect the horse with the cart, set the Break at the cart, mount the horse (not the cart) and go 20 meter forward, dismount from horse, let the horse stand, go back to cart and solve the brake .... LoL
