正版用户因steam更新失败导致坏档的，这里提供解决办法。

A BACKUP OF YOUR CHARACTER IS SAVED THERE -


Go to Documents/My Games/Runic Games/Torchlight 2/Save/\76561197971213642
or
Documents/My Games/Runic Games/Torchlight 2/Save/
if you are using the non-steam version.

See your player file there? The file should begin with their name. The file ending in .SVB is your actual save file - but there should also be a restore file!

Before you do ANYTHING ELSE!

COPY EVERYTHING OUT OF THIS FOLDER AND SAVE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! We don't want any accidents!

Now, take the 'broken' SVB file out of the save folder and stick it somewhere else.

Rename the extension on the .restore file so that it is SVB

Run the game again, and your character should be safe and sound.

意思是到放存档的文件夹，把后缀名为.svb的文件拷出来，然后将该文件夹里.restore文件的后缀名改为.svb。启动游戏即可（操作前记得备份）。

另外现在正在推送的补丁是好的，请大家不要担心。
