先声明一下，这个翻译是对3dm会员”成仁“ EXCEL版本技能翻译的一个补充，因为那个版本的超能力者职业技能并没有翻译。

所有数据也是根据那个版本的文字描述而来的，我个人目前并没有招募到超能力者，有知道怎么招的麻烦指导一下

原表格里冷却时间和持续时间都是？？？，我没玩到超能者，也没法对比数据，但不影响对这些技能的理解。
