极品17能玩，极品16进游戏出现了一堆鸟文，不能进游戏，Failed creating D3D device of at least Version 10.0

一点极品16就弹出对话框，然后一堆鸟语，是不是显卡达不到要求？还是没有装神马插件？一堆鸟文如下:
