Windows Update 多次重装均无法更新？何解......?

错误代码包括 8024D00A 800B0001 种种，无论是运行 Update 修复程序还是清理更新缓存，还是重装系统。均无果。
考虑到可能是 oem 伪激活的问题，于是X宝买了个旗舰版序列号，联网激活了也不能更新。安装 IE10 在获取更新步骤是同样显示无法获取更新，安装程序也就退出了。
随后安装了 Windows 8 Professional 同样无法更新，显示800B0001，同时 Windows Store 无法下载应用程序。显示8024xxxx。
