This problem exists since Shogun 2 and was reported by the community but ignored by CA. Instead of optimizing the bottleneck they added more stuff and now the problem is even worse than in Shogun 2

Here it shows the same problem in Rome 2 in the benchmark (in battles, it's worse). Always when the framerate hits a minimum, the utilization of CPU core 1 raises to 100% and the GPU utilization goes down:画面测试显示:大部分的时候帧数降低到最小,然后CPU的一个核心满载!而GPU使用率降低!!!!!!!!!!
