Turn off Antistropic Filtering and Antialiasing in Skyrim Launcher and in your video card software. ENB’s AF is enabled by default.

other kind of that tools. Don't run manually enbhost.exe, it will be automatically started if memory
manager is activated in enblocal.ini. (enabled).
Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB and Enhanced Lights & FX is also highly recommended.

1. Copy all contents of the Therion ENB folder to your root Skyrim folder.
2. Download the latest version of ENB on enb.dev. Open the zip and copy the d3d9.dll from the Wrapper folder into your root Skyrim
folder.
3. Download and install Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB. only the esp.
4. Download and install the latest Version of Enhanced Lights & FX + Exteriors + Enhancer plugin.
5. Bright water foam at night fix - download and install Skyrim Particle Patch for ENB.
6. Download and install Skyrim Subsurface Scattering Patch for ENB.
