Bug fixes in 2.5.14:
-Fixed a bug that prevents the player from contining the game after winning a game with goals.
-Fixed a bug that prevents the player from moving the mouse outside the mini map window when the player runs out of cash.
-Fixed the bug with freight charge calculation.
-Fixed the mouse tooltips flickering bug.
