Can someone help me out with this trainer, because nothing are working for me: ((

Step by step I did:
Options  > edit roster > Highlight the player for example Shaq > Press home > F2 > F3 > exit roster > create new my player > Still same generic player

I did it another way : Options > editor soter > Highlight the player Shaq > F8 > F6 > exit roster > create new my player > same generic player
