• Fixed Act 1 savegame problem after "ariving" cutscene
• YOLO achievement rule only applied to Act 1 now
• LINUX: Fixed asset-release problem, Linux users can progress through the game normally now
• Audio tweaks on Level 4 & 9
• Collider tweaks on Level 11

• LINUX: Asset-release problem have been fixed in this build, please report back any other problems.
• Mac OS X: Still has problem with shaders on Linda's hair.

2015-02-14 - DreadOut 2.0.0 Release - build no. 526010

Hello everyone,

We're happy to announce that DreadOut version 2.0.0 is available now. This new version brings Act 2 to DreadOut, with some of the biggest highlights being:

• DreadOut Act 2 is released, as a free update for DreadOut game.
• DreadOut Act 2 adds 22 new Steam achievements, and some more soundtracks
• These new additional soundtracks also added to DreadOut Soundtrack & Manga DLC
  

On the previous Act of DreadOut, Linda begin her journey after enduring her terrible nightmare, and this is the revelation chapter of Linda's nightmare.

Additional Release Notes:

• The current version is asset-optimized for 32-bit system. Many 64-bit users might notice some textures' downgrade, we will resolve this issue with hi-res texture pack for 64-bit system later.
• Updates to our Steam Cloud integration so users will not be required to have a file system friendly name anymore. This eliminates cases where some users were forced to rename their Steam's display name for the sake of playing DreadOut.
• Some minor tweaks to DreadOut shaders and input system.
• a new addition of experience setting, for turning on or off clue and ghost vignette, limbo distance, Limbo message etc. so that you guys can play it at your own preferences.
• Added 22 new Steam achievements & soundtracks
• On fresh install, DreadOut might have some glitches relating to user profile, simply exit the game and run it again.
