What this does is that it switches Geralt's default nude appearance from his underwear to his bare model, this is accomplished by switching names of the entity files (.w2ent) controlling these models, in the process I also swapped Ciri's default appearance with her nude appearance (Which I don't think is used anywhere in-game.) and I also attempted to do the same with Triss, Yennifer and Keira however it turns out their appearance is controlled by some other file so this unfortunately failed.

#Update, QuickBMS was the smallest method of packing the files but it seems I made it a bit too complicated, instead I've now uploaded the pre-patched files, just add them to "\The Witcher 3\content\content0\bundles" but be sure to back up the existing files first.
#Update: Turns out you can use the debug console enabler mod to switch a characters appearance for say Triss or Yennifer:

(Ciri might not have a nude appearance model to switch to in-game since I don't think it's used anywhere.)

应该是替换文件然后用控制台切换人物达到状态之类的，自己研究吧
