To install, simply place the modfiles (RenameDogmeat.mod and dsound.dll) in your Fallout 4 directory.

If you have an existing Settings.ini file in your Fallout 4 directory, you'll need to edit it and add these lines:

[RenameDogmeat]
Name=Test

Otherwise, simply copy the Settings.ini file to your directory. This file is used to determine the name of dogmeat, which CAN NOT be changed while the game is running.

把文件扔进根目录，如果你的文件里面已经有了这些，那么你就在文件里面添加
[RenameDogmeat]
Name=Test

即可，名字修改Test。
