■Improvements/Additions to Functions
・Added a function for adjusting balance
　Force expansion Speed (Fast/Normal/Slow)
　Recovery Speed for wounded troops (Fast/Normal/Slow)
　Movement Path Display for Enemy Units during Control Battles (Display/No Display)
　Protection Deployment (Manual/Control/Auto)
　Auto-Save(No/Seasonal/Monthly)

・Added a function allowing refusal to assignments to Viceroy, Governor and Minister posts.
・Adjusted the number of cities you take care of when assigned as a Viceroy.
・Added a function allowing refusal of control transfer during control battles.

・Adjusted the number of units formed when an NPC officer makes a suggestion and when units are automatically formed.
・Changed so that the main character is not forced to deploy when attacking for those cities he has the right to deploy from.
・Fixed the way bonds work for Hire, Revolt, and Raise Flag.
・Adjusted the determination for NPC officers to leave service and become Free officers.
・Adjusted the amount of gold and supplies that can be demanded for negotiations.
・Added certain control functions to the keyboard controls, like changing progress speed, and so on.
・Adjusted certain strategy effects.
・The conditions required for a Coalition to form have been adjusted.
・Adjusted various other small details for game balance and the UI.

■Bug Fixes
・Fixed a case where the Minister would not make suggestions.
・Fixed the characters of certain ancient officers.
・Fixed a bug that reversed first and last name when reading in original officers from RTK12.
・Fixed certain text related mistakes and other bugs.
