I didn't like messing with the follower quest. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. So now you can mosey on down to the Dog Hut and adopt a doggo instead.
Removed a couple dogs from interiors- the Bannered Mare is now dog free (too cluttered for a doggo there) also the Morrowind pets can only be adopted rather than floating around inns.

Made it so that all dogs have "Doesn't affect Stealth Meter" selected. Triple checked all the dogs there should be none with "Dog Follower Faction" which is part of the script that puts them in a package to follow.
Brambleberry is now a trusty doggo to be at your side.

Forwarded minor USSEP stuff in cells and Worldspaces for consistency (nothing that anyone would probably ever notice)
DialogueFollowerQuest fixes forwarded from USSEP
Added "Doesn't affect Stealth Meter" from USSEP to Barbas because of the quest, so you can still sneak even he is there on the quest. Also he is "special"
Added "Doesn't Bleed" to Spectral Warhound (well he's ghost) plus the matching keywords from USSEP
Added missing "Respawn" to EncBanditDog, remove UseDataBase, gave the dog a the name of "Dog" - once more stuff from USSEP that makes sense.

The dog hello's and idle barks are set to a 15 or 20 minute delay. They will be quieter. This will probably conflict with other quieter dog mods so don't use them in conjunction, or at least place this one under it

Fixed an awkward script for a Dawnguard Husky- they will not auto-follow anymore. If they do please check to make sure no other mod has touched the husky packages.

Fixes 2 rogue Follower Dog Scripts so that some dogs could not be dismissed; they should be ambient dogs but were not set properly.
Cuts out the puppy chatter- I was walking around in Whiterun when 3 NPCs had their puppies with them and OH MY GOD. It was a cacophony of epic pupper proportions that I never want to hear again.
