Unlike the console versions of GTA IV, Australia will receive a complete, uncensored copy of the game for the PC on December the 3rd.

The only thing that was censored previously (discovered by THIS GameSpot article) was that you couldn't watch Niko or the Prostitutes perform sexual acts on each other, as the camera would swerve behind the rear of the vehicle, but now Australians can experience these options as the developers intended.
