请问怎么汉化MOD？

比如Cheat Commander的对话以及内容。

PAK已解包，有看到Story跟Dialogs

几乎用Wordpad可以直接打开然后编辑，但是找不到内容。

唯一找到的meta.lsx，里面有作者跟mod的介绍。
