[求助] How can I extract by 'Linkdatatool.exe'

When I open 'Linkdatatool.exe', I can see only this screen.
And I put 1, only a black screen remains.
Yeah, I can't see any questions(or choices).
Can you let me know commands of this?

txt setting is correctly done.
I got 司马懿 dds by putting 1 2 1 12313 12313 1 in order.
But I don't know how to import.
