首先，不要提交工单，其次，直接找美国在线客服或者twitter在线客服。美国在线客服更快些。然后不管你什么原因封的号，要说的很坚定你不知道为什么封号，可能是被盗号了。这次大家都知道是永封，所以跟客服聊天提供证据（你的数据，前提是别太过分，尤其是暗区数据，我没有任何PVP数据）说话要客气，一顿狂吹阿育的游戏好。然后你就解封了。每个人情况不同，有些用辅助了，而且跑暗区浪了就没救了。以下为和客服交谈参考，一定怀着我很冤枉，育碧最好的态度谈。
