AnnoDesigner.exe出错了

想要规划下土地用途，结果打开这个（版本3.8）的时候弹出个Error窗口，说We have encountered a problem with the Application.Please check the error-log.txt file in the application directory for more information. Attemping to resume...然后打开这个txt，出现：

***Application Error***

Message: “MaxTextHeight”属性值必须大于零。
参数名: value
Stack Trace: 在SystemXXX 的
怎么办？

删掉了然后重新覆盖也没有用
