麻烦版主和各位帮我看看这个运行游戏出现的问题

我下载游戏安装好后，运行出现主人公画面，然后系统显示停止程序字样后让我关闭这个问题，点击后程序就没了，请问是什么原因？我安装的版本是日文+乱码，系统是英文正版vista，麻烦各位帮忙，系统提示为：TLRDemo.exe has stopped working
                                                A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

                                                is available
