Adds back in the "US" logos and text on Snake's belt pouches.

The aim is to make Snake's gear resemble the original. With that in mind, this:

- Adds "U.S." to most of the bags + holster

- Adds text to the belt-mounted radio pouch

- Adds text to the main backpack (its a repurposed parachute bag)

- Adds text to the radio's dial control

- Brightens up the radio's dial control too look more like the PS2 version.

- Adds that random bit of tape(?) to the end of one of the shoulder straps, where it connects to the groin harness.
