This mod is made to optimize performance through fewer Zombies on screen and shorter distances when Enemies are allowed to despawn. Logically this can help any Rig. But it's made and has the most effect for weaker CPUs than Intel i5-13400F / AMD Ryzen 7 5800X. So if you have a strong CPU or your Graphics card is the weak part, this mod won't really help that much, I belive. But still feel free to test it. Yes, fewer Zombies mean fewer polygons, but that hardly matters in this case. It will boost your FPS, but most effect comes from getting higher 1% lows and closing the big gap between them two, which results in a much smoother experience overall.

Why does this work: Because the new gore system, although cool, hits really hard on the CPU side. So by reducing the number of Zombies on screen, it noticeably reduces the load on the CPU, which will boost FPS but especially helps with sutter and smoothness.

This version aims to be the best balance between fewer Zombies on Screen, but not noticing as much, and performance gain. Other versions, like hardcore performance gain, will follow in the future.

fine tune it much more. Like roofs will be more to the original values, due to there being less going on in general. There is a whole category I haven't touched yet. I also touched Enemy NPCs, but friendly, traders, events, story NPCs aren't touched and won't be touched to ensure an errorless playthrough.
