No need to toggle it manually anymore and absolute safe bat file. You can check it yourself by open it with notepad. You can also create a shortcut or even create executable.
现在不需要手动切换，bat 文件绝对安全。你可以自己用记事本打开查看。你也可以创建快捷方式，甚至创建可执行文件。

Installation:  安装：
Place 'offline_launcher.bat' in the game's directory folder and run (double click the file) it to launch the game in offline mode (without EAC). To play online, simply launch the game through Steam.
把“'offline_launcher.bat'放进游戏的目录文件夹，然后双击文件，以离线模式启动游戏（不使用 EAC）。要在线游玩，只需通过 Steam 启动游戏即可。
