How to use this mod with Mod Engine 3:

1. Download ME3 from : https://github.com/garyttierney/me3/releases
1. 从：https://github.com/garyttierney/me3/releases 下载质量效应 32. Install me3_installer.exe and follow those steps from the author's page.

3. Put my mod file into your mod folder which can be renamed by yourself so that I cannot assume its detailed name. For example, put those .dcx files into "_mods/parts", and put your modified regulation.bin (after importing my .csv file) file into "_mods".

4. Anyway, prepare your mod environment to make sure you can launch ME3. You can refer to the operations of other mods.
