This mod provides a clean regulation.bin file with no effects on it and it will be explained how you yourself can edit your regulation.bin so that you will always get your desired Relics.This mod will also allow you to always get Relics with 3 Slots at the Small Jar Bazaar and they will only cost you 1 Murk. Now with Deep Relics added.

The file in the <Files> tab is a regulation.bin with all roll weights for all relic effects turned down to 0, so none of these effects can be rolled. Therefore, do NOT put this clean file into your game folder because I do not know what will happen to your save file.

BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING: 在你做任何事情之前：

How to Edit your own Relics:

1. Download the regulation.bin in the <Files> tab. Then unpack the contents. It doesn't matter where you unpack it.

3. After Smithbox is unpacked, right click on the regulation.bin file (that you downloaded), select <Open With> and pick Smithbox app. (refer to the first image if you're confused)

4. When Smithbox opens, click top left on <Project> and <New Project>. Then a small window should pop up. You need to do 3 things here. (refer to the second image if you're confused)

5. After you created the project, you won't need to create it again in the future. When you reopen Smithbox, just click top left on <Project> and under <NR> should be your Project File. Click on it and press <Load>.

6. Under the row where <Project> is located, should be another row that starts with <Texture Viewer>. In that row go to <Param Editor>. Now there should be a lot of stuff on the left side. Under <Common> should be one called <AttachEffectTableParam>, click on that and you will already see the relic effects.

7. In the search bar search for your desired relic effects (e.g. Improved Critical Hits). There will be a lot of them but we only care about the ones that have 100, 200 or 300 at the beginning. Click on it and there should be more new stuff on the right. Look for <Roll Weight (chanceWeight)>. To the right of it there will be two numbers and one will always be 0. Replace that one with 50. Do this for the 100, 200 and 300 versions of your desired relic effect. (refer to the third image if you're confused)

8. After you have edited all your relic effects, go to the top left <File> and <Save>. You can now close Smithbox.

How to Install 如何安装
1. Go into the folder where you have the regulation.bin (that you downloaded) and copy it.

2. Now go to the place where Elden Ring: NightReign is located on your PC (it usually is under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN\Game) and paste it into there, replacing the original.

How to Edit the Deep Relics (Complete 1 Deep of Night expedition before this):

1. If you haven't done it yet, just follow step 1 through 5 from the explanation above. If you've already set it up, just replace the file you used for Smithbox with the new one. (And also back up your save file and regulation.bin file)

2. You will find the effects available for the Deep Relics in the <Param Editor> in <AttachEffectTableParam> under the numbers <2000000> and <2100000> and the curses under <3000000> (but I wouldn't change the roll weights for the curses because that might lead to illegal relics, I'm not really sure but if you change them it's at your own risk).

4. If you want to choose a relic effect for your Deep Relic (like for example Physical Attack Up +4), you just have to look for it in the search bar and change the <Roll Weight (chanceWeight)> to 50. Now just do it for the rest of your desired effects and save (Pick AT LEAST 3 effects each from both 2000000 and 2100000, gets explained in step 6).

5. Then after you have done 1 Deep of Night expedition (I don't know if you have to win it, best to do it online with no mods installed), you can go to the Small Jar Bazaar and next to the <Scenic Flatstone> there will be the new <Deep Scenic Flatstone>. You install it the same way as before by replacing the regulation.bin in your Elden Ring: Nightreign folder with your new file.

6. I tell you to pick at least 3 effects each from both because FromSoft made it basically so that you can get a relic roll with only relic effects from group 2100000 or 2000000, which means you could get a glitched relic. (If anyone wants a better explanation, just ask in <Posts>)

1. Copy and paste the save file in the folder (how you get there is explained at the top)

Don't worry about the BAK file it will automatically be created once you open the game. (refer to the fourth image if you're confused)

Do not open Nightreign normally (only ever with EAC disabled or Seamless-Co-op) with a modified regulation.bin file installed, there is a resonable chance you'll get banned.
