This mod edits two values in regulation.bin: the prices of Scenic Flatstone and Deep Scenic Flatstone in the Small Jar Bazaar which usually cost 600 and 1800 Murk respectively.

By purchasing these relic “rolls” and selling back the unwanted relics, you also get "free" Murk currency.

- “All Cheap” reduces the prices of both types of Flatstones to a low 2-digit number. Great for a shopping spree, but if you stock way too much spare Murk it could look suspicious like an obvious sign of cheating.

This mod also contains my own .bat for an offline launcher without EAC. This is functionally identical to the popular one but with more thorough comments. You are welcome to read the file in a text editor to see, or use another offline launcher of your choice. Seamless Co op would also be fine. Just don't launch the game normally from Steam if you have modified files in the game folder such as this mod.

On this page I may use the terms “deep relic” and “depth relic” interchangeably. I may use terms like “old relics,” “normal relics,” or “classic relics” to refer to the always applied relics that go in the three leftmost slots of character Vessels.

I've tested this on 1.02.4 and below. The 1.03 update is made with the base game's regulation.bin file. I do not have the DLC installed. But maybe it works with the DLC too. idk, check the comments.

If you want to access Deep Relics for Deep of Night, you must play one run of that mode to unlock the ability to purchase and equip them. It is okay to lose the run but not to quit out of it. If you can not buy Deep Scenic Flatstone in the Small Jar Bazaar, this is probably why.

Enter %AppData% in the address bar of File Explorer or go to C:\Users\[username]\Appdata\Roaming\. Here you will find a folder called “\Nightreign\” This is your “save folder”. Create a copy of your save folder somewhere safe like your Documents folder. Rename it something helpful like “\before cheating save Nightreign\”.

In Steam, find Elden Ring Nightreign in your Library. Right click it and select Manage > Browse local files. This will open ..\ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN\ which contains a “Game” folder. Rename it to something helpful like “before cheating regulation.bin”. If you lose this file, you can use Steam’s feature to verify the integrity of game files to restore it.

Download ONE of the three files from this mod page. If you want both kinds of relics to be cheap you want the “All Cheap” one. If you only want classic relics or deep relics to be cheap and the other option to be expensive, you want “Classic Cheap” or “Deep Cheap” respectively. If you want to buy several of both relic types and plan to spend excess Murk on character outfits or something you may want the “All Cheap” one. If you mostly want to roll one or the other, those uploads make it convenient to get rid of conspicuous excess Murk by buying the relic type you're uninterested in.

Extract the contents of the file you downloaded from this mod page to your game folder, overwriting regulation.bin.

For the love of god, do not ever start the game normally from Steam when there are modified or downloaded files in the game folder. You will get banned by EAC if you do. Restoring your save file from an unbanned state may help you in such cases, but it may not.

Run offline-launcher.bat inside the game folder. This will start the game offline and with EAC disabled.

Go to the Small Jar Bazaar and scroll to the bottom. Go nuts and have fun rolling and selling relics. If your relic inventory has too many relics (at release it was more than 999) it might not let you enter matchmaking later. If you plan to play online publicly later, you should try to get your number of relics and available currency down to an inconspicuous amount.

I don't really plan to update this mod for future game versions. Here is how you can do everything I've done yourself. This process is adapted from GemJoe’s guide here.

Download the latest release of Smithbox from Nexus or Github and extract it to a new folder named “Smithbox” somewhere accessible like your Documents folder.

Create a copy of your own unmodified regulation.bin file from your game folder and put it inside your RegulationProject folder. If you renamed it earlier, rename it back to regulation.bin.

In your Smithbox folder open \win-x64\Smithbox.exe.

In the upper-left select Project > New Project.

Click the ‘Create’ button and wait a minute for Smithbox to set up the project.

Search for “1011”. This will give us four results. We are not interested in the first and last results 1011 and 111011. We are interested in the six in the middle. 10110 and 10111 represent Scenic Flatstone and Deep Scenic Flatstone respectively. 10112 through 10115 are new since version 1.03. they seem to be identical to the old ones, so we will change them to match when we change the other two.

Click on 10110 or 10111 in the middle panel.

In the right panel you will see the price of the item (600 or 1800) listed once or twice. Change the first or only instance of that number to your desired price. I have uploaded a screenshot of this to this mod's pictures gallery.

Repeat this for the other entry if you want to change the price of both items.

In the third row of tabs at the top click File > Save or press CTRL+S.

The regulation.bin file inside your RegulationProject folder is now modified.

You can replace the regulation.bin file in your game folder with this modified one, but EAC will ban you for using modified game files if you simply start the game from Steam with a modified regulation.bin file present in the game folder. Launch the game using the .bat of the Offline Launcher to avoid this. Follow the instructions on that page to do so.
