This regulation.bin file will Change the default skills and equipment of Nightfarers for better suitable playstyle. Game v1.02.2

The changes for each Nightfarer:
每个   夜行者的改动：
-Wylder: changing his default weapon skill to Lion's Claw.
-怀尔德：将默认武器技能改为狮爪。
-Raider :  changing his default weapon skill to Prayerful Strike.
-掠夺者：将默认武器技能改为祈祷打击。
-Ironeye : changing his default weapon skill to Rain of Arrows.
-铁眼：将默认武器技能改为箭雨。
-Guardian : changing his default weapon skill to Impaling Thrust.
-守护者：将默认武器技能改为刺穿刺。
-Executor :  changing his default weapon skill to Seppuku.
-执行者：将默认武器技能改为切腹。
-Duchess :  changing his default weapon skill to Hoarfrost Stomp + Duchess' Dagger has -Flask Healing Also Restores FP- passive.
-公爵夫人： 将默认武器技能改为霜冻踩踏+ 公爵夫人匕首，- 烧瓶治疗还能恢复 FP- 被动。
-Revenant : changing his default weapon skill to Golden Vow + Revenant's Cursed Claws has -Flask Healing Also Restores FP- passive.
- 复仇者： 将默认武器技能改为黄金誓言 + 复仇者的诅咒之爪 ，- 瓶子治疗还恢复 FP- 被动。
- Recluse : Recluse's Staff has -Flask Healing Also Restores FP- passive + Recluse also start a finger seal with Catch Flame and Lightning Spear Incantations.
-  隐士 ： 隐士法杖 拥有 - 烧瓶治疗还会恢复 FP- 被动+隐士还能用接焰和 闪电矛 咒术发起指印 。

Note : The changes in Skills will not work if you have Relic that changes your Skills.
